Lindsay Hubbard reveals whether she’s talked to Carl Radke after he ended engagement

Lindsay Hubbard is still texting her ex — but it’s not what it seems.

While speaking to Us Weekly for its latest issue, the “Summer House” star said she and her ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, still communicate through text when it’s completely necessary.

“We attempted to sit down right before I went to the Bahamas [on what was supposed to be my bachelorette trip] and he was incapable of taking accountability,” Hubbard, 37, recalled of their first post-breakup chat.

“I’m not gonna sit through a conversation with somebody who has no empathy or realization or self-awareness to understand what he did.”

“It was a quick in and out conversation. But that was it,” she continued.

“And other than that, right now the only time we speak is through text and it’s when he needs to come to the apartment or when I’m traveling.”

Hubbard and Radke, 38, called off their wedding in August, just months before they were set to walk down the aisle.

They got engaged during Season 7 of “Summer House” in 2022 after dating on and off since the 2017 premiere of the hit Bravo series.

“We attempted to sit down right before I went to the Bahamas [on what was supposed to be my bachelorette trip] and he was incapable of taking accountability,” she claimed.

It seems that their breakup may cause some issues with filming, as Hubbard told Us Weekly she does not wish to be in the same place as her ex.

“At this point in time, I would not be comfortable sharing a house with him after what he did. I mean, this man — I can never trust him again,” she reasoned.

“The way that he called the producers and set up the cameras — [he] blindsided me and humiliated me in such a public way. I’m not comfortable at this point in time.”

Although they reportedly had a rocky summer and even attended counseling before their split, Hubbard was still expecting to marry the man she fell in love with this month.

He had other plans, and broke up with her after filming for “Summer House” had ended for the year — but made sure cameras were rolling.

Opening up more about their split to Us Weekly, Hubbard said she was so confused their relationship ended because she felt they only “had a couple of arguments” beforehand.

Hubbard admitted to being completely “blindsided” by the split, which Radke made sure was filmed by Bravo cameras.

“Every couple has normal arguments, but nothing that would’ve been so drastic as to break up,” she reflected.

“It was literally the last two weeks of summer that his demeanor and tone changed.

“There was a lot of combativeness and aggression on his end, and I was very confused.”

“He blew up my entire life,” she told Us Weekly. “Now I’m at a place where I feel really good about moving on.”

Although she was absolutely heartbroken by their separation, the former publicist confirmed she is in a much better place now.

“He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry and I had to find closure on my own,” she recalled.

“Now I’m at a place where I feel really good about moving on.”
