Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner reach ‘amicable resolution’ in custody battle after mediation

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are on the brink of a settlement regarding the custody of their two daughters.

Court documents obtained by Page Six Tuesday morning state that the former couple believe an “amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming.”

The Jonas Brothers member and the “Game of Thrones” star also have reached a temporary custody agreement for 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine.

The girls will remain with Turner from Oct. 9 to Oct. 21, and the actress is permitted to travel with them throughout the US or UK as she pleases within that time frame.

Turner, 27, will deliver the girls to Jonas, 34, on the 21st, and they will remain with him until Nov. 2.

The pair will continue to hand off custody to each other through Jan. 7, 2024, giving the kids the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.

TMZ was first to break the news of the custody agreement.

Jonas and Turner spent three full days in mediation last week in an effort to hash out their divorce without the brewing acrimony.

A source told Page Six exclusively last week that the “Celebrate!” crooner was dedicated to coming to a resolution with his estranged wife regarding their daughters’ living arrangements.

The resolution came after they spent three full days in mediation.

“Joe is committed to making it work with Sophie in mediation and doesn’t want to put up a fight — as long as they can come to a fair agreement on the kids,” the insider shared.

Jonas filed for divorce in Miami in early September, but the “Joan” star turned around and sued him in New York federal court for the “immediate return” of their daughters to England, where they had planned to raise them in a “forever home” they found.

Turner claimed Jonas had an unexpected change of heart and was withholding the children’s passports, but a rep for Jonas later told us that he was “OK with the kids being raised both in the US and the UK.”

The “Dark Phoenix” star also filed for divorce against Jonas in a UK court, which sparked a turf war over where their split will be handled.

The Miami court ruled on Sept. 27 that it would not make a final decision on parenting until the New York court determined whether custody should be handled in the US or the UK.

The judge will, however, still hold a hearing on Dec. 11 to rule on Turner’s request to have the case dismissed.
