Raquel Leviss filed for a temporary restraining order against “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Scheana Shay after facing backlash over her affair with Tom Sandoval.

The paperwork uses Leviss’ real name, Rachel Leviss, but Page Six can confirm that the embattled Bravolebrity is indeed the individual who filed on Tuesday.

However, it’s unclear why Leviss is requesting the court-ordered protection or if a judge granted the request.

Page Six has reached out to reps for Shay and Leviss for comment.

The filing comes after a source told Page Six that Shay and Leviss got into a “heated confrontation” outside a bar last week when Sandoval’s girlffriend, Ariana Madix, found sexually explicit texts and video from the 28-year-old on the singer’s phone.

“After taping ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ Scheana and Raquel went out to drinks with friends,” an insider told us on Saturday.

“At one point in the night, Scheana lost Raquel and then found her outside of the bar on the phone with Ariana, who Scheana could hear was bawling.”

When Shay, 37, asked Leviss to explain what was going on, she finally came clean about the affair leading to a very explosive exchange before both women “went back to the hotel separately.”

While Shay has been very outspoken about her support for Madix since then, Leviss has kept quiet on the matter — despite threatening to sue some of her “VPR” co-stars.

The ladies previously got into a “heated confrontation” over Leviss’ affair with Ariana Madix’s longterm boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.

Leviss had her attorneys send a legal letter to her cast members asking them to delete the intimate video of the reality TV star that was found on Sandoval’s phone.

Leviss asked her now frenemies to stop sharing the video, claiming it was recorded “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent,” according to TMZ.

They also cited a California law against revenge porn, which makes it a crime to invade someone’s privacy by disseminating “nonconsensual pornography.”

It’s unclear why Leviss requested the court-ordered protection against Shay.

But a source exclusively tells Page Six that the video has not been circulated among the cast and claims that no one has seen it other than Leviss, Sandoval and Madix.

Despite the on-going drama, Leviss still follows Shay on Instagram — however, Shay has since unfollowed her former friend.

Prior to news of the affair, the two had grown close, even joking about both being “the other woman” in Shay’s recent YouTube vlog.

“So, next on ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ what can we expect?” Shay asked her pal, pretending to be a late-night TV host.

Leviss’ shocking affair with Tom Sandoval seemingly put an end to her friendship with Shay.

To which Leviss sarcastically responded, “A makeout with a guy named Oliver who happens to have a wife … I was completely misled so we’re gonna see all that play out.”

Shay, who had an affair with Eddie Cibrian while he was still married to Brandi Glanville, replied, “Been there, done that, don’t love it.”

However, the silly banter was short-lived and news of Leviss’ affair broke just hours later, marking the end of the pair’s friendship.
