Kate Middleton mixes Zara with Chanel at the Rugby World Cup in France

She’s a sporty high-low queen.

Kate Middleton wore another one of her signature blazers as she cheered on England against Fiji in the quarter-finals of the Rugby World Cup 2023 in Marseille, France on Sunday, giving an old Zara jacket a designer twist.

The Princess of Wales, 41, brought back the white tweed blazer she debuted for a school visit in February as she supported the English squad in one of its team colors.

The royal — who serves as patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League — also encountered a twinning moment at the game, with the wife of World Rugby chairperson Sir Bill Beaumont sporting an almost-identical textured white jacket.

She paired the double-breasted style with wide-legged black trousers and quite the high-end bag, choosing a black Chanel Mini Flap bag ($4,700).

The mom of three — whose son, Prince George, 10, twinned with Prince William, 41, in suits and red ties for a Saturday match in France — went low-key in terms of the rest of her accessories, wearing her go-to Cartier watch and Lenique Louis gold hoop earrings ($559).

The princess shares her handbag style with her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, who carried several black quilted styles from the French fashion house over the years.

And while Middleton is rarely seen in Chanel, she owns two other purses from the brand, including a black wallet-on-a-chain and burgundy top-handled style that she teamed with a Warehouse sweater for another high-low-moment in 2019.

She also sported a vintage Chanel blazer on two occasions last year, including a Boston Celtics game in December.

This is the second time the Princess of Wales has worn a white blazer to attend this year’s Rugby World Cup; she donned a snowy white Alexander McQueen trouser suit for an earlier match in September.

She also wore another tweed Zara blazer when she played with children at a sensory development group in September, wearing a similar red jacket paired with black trousers.

Her outfit Sunday kept with her recent trend of wearing blazers and trousers instead of her signature midi dresses and tailored coats, with the royal rocking an array of different businesslike jackets over the past month.
