The Princess of Wales doesn’t want the little ones to remember growing up in a “stressful household” and is intentional about spending time with them.

“I … want them to remember those moments with me as a mother,” Middleton said on the “Happy Mum, Happy Baby” podcast in 2020. “Also the family going to the beach, getting soaking wet, filling our boots full of water.”

William and Middleton became parents in July 2013 when George arrived during an “utterly extraordinary” birth at St Mary’s Hospital in London.

The infant’s sex was a “surprise,” with the new mom gushing in 2020 about “the pure joy” on her husband’s face at the time.

“We were like, ‘What do we do [with the baby] in a swaddle? How’s this supposed to work?'” she recalled of his debut. “We’d even tried to practice with … a little doll at home, but you know, it just never works out the way you planned it, so it was quite hard to do that on the world’s stage.”

Since the future king’s first Buckingham Palace balcony appearance in 2015, he has made many public appearances for royal tours, charity work and more.

The little one started his schooling at West Acre Montessori School Nursery before attending Thomas’s Battersea School and Lambrook School.

In June 2023, news broke that George had toured Eton College with his parents.

When Queen Elizabeth died in September 2022 at age 96, George attended her funeral. He also acted as a Page of Honor at King Charles II’s coronation in May of the following year.

When it comes to William and Middleton’s eldest’s personality, the Prince of Wales called George a “rascal” in 2013.

Eight years later, William gave an update on his “very cheeky” child while filming “A Planet for Us All.”

The following year, William told “Talk Vietnam” viewers that “having a daughter is a very different dynamic” as George kept the prince more “on [his] toes.”

William and Middleton have given glimpses of Charlotte’s interests in unicorns, flossing and more during interviews, while also sharing her nicknames — Lottie and Mignonette.

By the time she turned 6 in 2021, Charlotte told people she was 16 and “will do what [she] want[s],” her dad said.

He also described a “massive fight” between her and George on “Time to Walk,” saying they argue about what music to play every morning but then Charlotte runs “around the kitchen in her dresses and ballet stuff.”

The couple’s third child, Prince Louis, was born in April 2018 after another tough pregnancy for Middleton, who has struggled with the extreme morning sickness of hyperemesis gravidarum.

The youngest of the royal siblings has made a reputation for stealing the show at events, most notably during Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in June 2022.

The then-4-year-old stuck his tongue out at his mom and screamed during a flypast in silly snaps throughout the weekend.

Since welcoming Louis, who is nicknamed “Lou Bug,” to the family, Middleton and William have expressed mixed feelings about welcoming a fourth baby.

Although the princess said that she was feeling “broody” in 2022, her husband has asked new parents not to “give [her] any ideas” repeatedly.

“Don’t take her with you,” William joked to Middleton during a 2023 event as she held a baby.
